Over the past year, I've worked hard to promote Celiac Disease Awareness through benefit dinners, Celiac Awareness Nights, and other events. I currently hold the title Miss Indiana (PA) International 2010 and my platform is Celiac Disease Awareness. Follow my journey as I work to make "Gluten Free" a common household term.
A Gluten-Free Benefit Dinner was held on October 17, 2009. Proceeds benefited the NFCA Food Service Training Program, helping an Indiana Chef become certified Gluten-Free. Check back soon for more information!

This bill will help educate our nation's leaders so they can gain a better understanding of the impact this disease has on so many.
